Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Beauty Advisor / Promoter to join our growing team. This role requires someone with a passion for beauty, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of skincare, haircare, and cosmetics. You will be responsible for promoting our products in-store, engaging with customers, and driving sales through exceptional service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and educate customers about our beauty and cosmetic products.
• Demonstrate proper usage of products and provide personalized recommendations based on client needs.
• Promote and upsell products to meet sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-stocked display area.
• Support marketing campaigns and product launches through in-store activities and sampling.
• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Gather customer feedback and report on product performance and customer preferences.
• Work closely with sales teams and retail partners to ensure brand visibility and consistency.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a beauty advisor, promoter, or in a customer-facing role in the beauty or retail industry.
• Strong product knowledge and passion for skincare, haircare, or cosmetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, well-groomed, and confident in interacting with a wide range of clients.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and retail peak times.
• Familiarity with social media and beauty trends is a plus.
