Job Description:
We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team at the Espada Business Center. The ideal candidate should have prior cleaning experience and a basic knowledge of general maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and workspaces.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
• Handle waste disposal and ensure all areas remain hygienic and presentable.
• Carry out basic maintenance tasks including:
• Electrical fixture checks and minor repairs
• AC filter cleaning
• Light painting or touch-ups
• Plumbing fixes like unclogging or tightening taps
• Report any major maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or AC-related maintenance
• Good physical condition and ability to handle cleaning equipment
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Flexible with working hours and available on short notice if needed
