Guest Experience Coodinator
We are looking for a personable, proactive, and service-oriented Guest Experience Coordinator to enhance the day-to-day experience of residents, tenants, and visitors within our property. This role focuses on creating a welcoming environment, managing tenant communications, and supporting a smooth living or visiting experience in line with our brand values and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, guests, and visitors within the property.
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and prospective tenants with professionalism and warmth.
- Coordinate and respond to tenant inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and efficiently.
- Liaise with maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams to ensure timely service resolution.
- Organize and support tenant engagement activities, events, or community initiatives.
- Ensure guest access and visitor policies are followed, including registration and check-ins.
- Assist in onboarding new tenants and ensure they receive a smooth orientation to the property.
- Collect and report guest experience insights and suggest service improvement initiatives.
- Manage and oversee parking operations to ensure smooth traffic flow and proper space utilization.
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers and tenants, addressing their needs effectively.
- Monitor and record daily foot traffic to support operational planning and decision-making.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Gather, document, and analyze customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Property Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in guest services, front office, or tenant relations, preferably within residential or commercial properties.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- The ability to multitask and handle resident concerns calmly and professionally.
- Familiarity with property management or customer relationship software (e.g., Yardi, Buildium, or CRM tools).
- High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
