We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Design and Planning: Collaborate with architects and other engineers to develop detailed construction plans and designs.
• Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate the procurement and allocation of materials, equipment, and labor to ensure efficient project execution.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure the quality of materials and workmanship meet project specifications.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including progress reports, change orders, and compliance documentation.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in construction engineering or related roles, such as Site Engineer or Project Engineer.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
