Job Description:
Renoway is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to join our team. You will be in charge of organizing and overseeing all renovation and fit-out works on site (apartments and villas), managing subcontractors, and ensuring high standards of quality and on-time delivery. We are seeking candidates with hands-on experience in the Dubai market and a strong knowledge of local construction requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage renovation and fit-out works on project sites
• Daily control of work quality, progress, and timeline
• Manage teams of workers and subcontractors on site
• Conduct safety briefings and enforce site safety standards
• Provide daily and weekly progress reports to project managers
• Coordinate closely with project managers and designers
• Ensure that works follow the approved design, drawings, and technical specifications
• Monitor delivery and use of materials on site
• Resolve site issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Participate in final quality checks and client handover

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a site supervisor / foreman in renovation and fit-out works in Dubai (required)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Deep understanding of renovation and fit-out technologies, standards, and quality requirements
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and project documentation
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating with suppliers
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Russian or Arabic is a plus
• UAE driving license and personal vehicle is a must.
