About the Role: We are seeking an experienced AI Manager with a strong background in Data Science, Business Intelligence, and AI/ML, preferably from the retail industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing AI-driven solutions, optimizing business processes, and driving data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Strategy &Implementation: Develop and implement AI/ML models to optimize business operations, enhance customer experiences, and improve decision-making.

Data Science & Analytics: Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to extract insights, improve forecasting, and support strategic initiatives.

Retail-Focused Solutions: Design and deploy AI-driven solutions for pricing, inventory management, demand forecasting, customer personalization, and operational efficiency.

Business Proces Optimization: Identify and implement AI-based solutions to enhance process automation, reduce inefficiencies, and drive growth.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, marketing, and operations teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows.

Innovation & Research: Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation within the company.

Performance Monitoring: Ensure the effectiveness of AI solutions through continuous monitoring, optimization, and model retraining.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master’s/PhD in Data Science, AI/ML, Computer Science, or a related field.

2 to 4 years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, or Business Intelligence Proven experience in building and deploying AI/ML models in real-world applications, preferably in the retail sector. Strong expertise in Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI/ML frameworks. Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).

Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).

Strong understanding of retail analytics, customer behavior analysis, and supply chain optimization.

Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
