Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead construction site operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate must hold Dubai Municipality (DM) approval for unlimited floors and possess a solid track record in managing full project lifecycles. A minimum of 10 years of UAE experience in site and construction management is required, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring quality execution and adherence to timelines
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for seamless project execution
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, safety protocols, and project specs
• Lead daily site operations including documentation, reporting, and issue resolution
• Monitor material usage, cost control, and site logistics
• Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and documentation
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• DM approval for unlimited floors (mandatory)
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in a similar role
• Proven ability to manage high-rise or large-scale construction projects
• Strong understanding of UAE construction codes, standards, and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
