Job Summary:

Worood Intraflora LLC is seeking a proactive and experienced Procurement Manager for immediate joining to oversee and manage all procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiation, vendor management, and inventory coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit‑out materials, furniture, joinery items, and established supplier networks locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for materials, furniture, hardware, equipment, and subcontracted services.
• Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and agreements.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance regularly.
• Monitor market trends and ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising on quality.
• Coordinate with design, project, and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Track and control inventory, stock levels, and reorder points.
• Ensure all procurement documentation is accurate and in compliance with company policies.
• Leverage digital tools or AI‑based systems (if applicable) to improve procurement planning and forecasting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of procurement experience, preferably in interior design, joinery, or construction industries.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract administration skills.
• Good understanding of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and local market pricing.
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP), and procurement software.
• Knowledge of AI‑based procurement tools or data‑driven purchasing is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision‑making abilities.
