About:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven General Manager to lead and expand our FMCG operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic planning, operations management, sales leadership, and team development within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage overall business operations, including sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and HR
• Develop and implement growth strategies to enhance revenue, market share, and profitability
• Drive business performance through effective leadership, KPI tracking, and process optimization
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, distributors, and retail partners
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to adapt business strategy accordingly
• Ensure compliance with local laws, industry regulations, and company standards
• Lead, mentor, and build high-performing cross-functional teams
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the division
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences as required

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role
• Proven track record in driving growth, leading teams, and managing full P&L responsibilities
• Deep understanding of FMCG distribution, retail, and consumer dynamics in the region
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, competitive environment
