Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales revenue
- Manage and lead a team of sales executives, providing training and performance evaluations
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and business partners
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences to optimize sales offerings
- Oversee, ensuring availability and proper maintenance
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term business
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on sales performance
- Implement customer service initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and offers
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards
Requirements
- Working in Insurance company or car Insurance company is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered
- 2-5 years of proven experience in sales
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of fleet management and Real Estate operations
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive decision-making
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
