This role is ideal for a seasoned real estate professional with a proven track record in sales leadership, strategic planning, and team performance management. Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE market
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing a team of 5+ Property Consultants
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
• Valid UAE driver’s license and personal vehicle for client meetings and site visits
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring KPIs and targets are consistently met or exceeded
• Design and implement sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue and expanding the client base
• Motivate, train, and mentor team members through regular coaching and performance evaluations
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, investors, and corporate partners
• Monitor the property market closely to identify trends, pricing shifts, and competitor activity, and adjust strategies accordingly
• Represent the company at exhibitions, property launches, and networking events
