Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain industry.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Conduct cold calls, network, and generate leads through market research, referrals, and other sales channels.
• Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to potential clients, demonstrating the value of logistics services.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with logistics operations, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to adjust sales tactics and strategies accordingly.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward sales goals in CRM systems.
• Customer Support: Provide ongoing customer support, resolving any issues related to transportation, shipping, or delivery services.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of UAE experience in logistics required
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the logistics, freight, or transportation industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes is an advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
