Driven Real Estate Sales Agent (Off-Plan & Secondary Markets)

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in both the off-plan and secondary real estate markets, a deep understanding of the Dubai property landscape, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and cultivate a strong pipeline of clients for both off-plan and secondary market properties.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property investments, market trends, and the purchasing process in Dubai.
- Conduct property viewings for secondary market listings and present off-plan projects effectively to potential buyers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of all current and upcoming off-plan projects.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for all parties.
- Prepare and present comparative market analyses, property valuations, and investment proposals.
- Negotiate offers and contracts in the best interests of our clients.
- Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, client interactions, and sales activities effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and generate new leads.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent in the Dubai market, with a demonstrable track record in both off-plan and secondary sales.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including current trends, key communities, and developer portfolios.
- Strong understanding of RERA rules and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A results-driven and ambitious mindset with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a strong advantage.
