We're looking for a motivated and tech-savvy CRM Furniture Field Representative to help manage client relationships, drive field operations, and ensure customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client information using our CRM system (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Conduct on-site visits to residential or commercial clients to assess furniture delivery, installation, or service needs
• Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of field operations
• Capture client feedback and follow up on leads or service issues
• Provide personalized recommendations and promote furniture solutions based on customer needs
• Train showroom or delivery staff on CRM-related updates or best practices
• Generate and analyze CRM reports to improve customer retention and operational efficiency
• Requirements
• Proven experience in a field role, preferably within the furniture or retail industry

• Familiarity with CRM tools and systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel frequently within assigned territories
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
