• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Ice Cream, Frozen Foods, or FMCG is MANDATORY.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Targets:
• Sell products to meet given volume and targets.
• Customer Relationship:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing timely and excellent service.
• Retain existing customers and identify/sell to new outlets, expanding the customer base.
• Daily Customer Visits:
• Follow the journey plan and ensure visits to all assigned customers for the day.
• Sales Operations:
• Follow daily procedures and administrative steps to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Customer & Market Feedback:
• Provide feedback about customers, competitive activities, and product performance in the territory.
• Invoice & Payment Follow-up:
• Ensure timely payment from customers by following up on invoices and statements.
• Expiry Product Management:
• Responsible for withdrawing near-expiry or expired products from the shelves and ensuring proper offloading at the expiry point.
• Company Asset Responsibility:
• Take responsibility for company assets (vehicle, racks, etc.) and ensure they are well-maintained to avoid any damage.
• Outlet Development:
• Develop the outlets and place racks in prime locations, ensuring the full range of products is displayed and sold.
• Supply Chain Liaison:
• Coordinate with the supply chain department to track the progress of existing orders and resolve any issues.
