- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Property Listings: Create and maintain listings of available properties, including detailed descriptions, photographs, and pricing information.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the local real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers or tenants.
- Negotiation: Negotiate purchase or rental agreements on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible terms and conditions.
- Marketing: Develop marketing strategies to promote listed properties, including online listings, open houses, and advertising campaigns.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying or selling process to build trust and rapport with clients.
