Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the facility management sector, owners associations, property management companies, building contractors and landlords for AMCs
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Drive sales through proactive outreach and lead generation
• Present customized solutions to clients, showcasing the value of our services
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service delivery

What we’re looking for:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in facility management or related industries
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Have your conveyance (car or motorcycle - fuel will be provided)
