Job Overview:

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a Luxury Real Estate Sales Advisor to specialize in high-end property transactions in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent luxury properties and provide expert guidance to high-net-worth clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the premium real estate sector.
• Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities and emerging trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Negotiate and close high-value property deals with professionalism and discretion.
• Collaborate with developers, brokers, and legal teams to facilitate transactions.
• Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.
• Provide personalized client service to enhance the buying and selling experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in luxury real estate sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s high-end property market.
• Ability to handle VIP clients and confidential transactions.
• Familiarity with real estate contracts, legal frameworks, and financial aspects.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
