Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a Luxury Real Estate Sales Advisor to specialize in high-end property transactions in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent luxury properties and provide expert guidance to high-net-worth clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the premium real estate sector.
- Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities and emerging trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Negotiate and close high-value property deals with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with developers, brokers, and legal teams to facilitate transactions.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.
- Provide personalized client service to enhance the buying and selling experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in luxury real estate sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s high-end property market.
- Ability to handle VIP clients and confidential transactions.
- Familiarity with real estate contracts, legal frameworks, and financial aspects.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
