Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Executive. This role drives business growth, ensures operational excellence, and strengthens customer relationships within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio.
• Promote Armada brands and product lines to increase market penetration and brand awareness.
• Enhance brand image and maximize visibility across HORECA outlets.

Sales & Operations

• Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure targets are met.
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Ensure smooth and accurate order management and timely collections.
• Support the execution of brand activations, promotions, and event sponsorships.
• Track key performance metrics and implement improvement actions when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and prepare detailed weekly activity reports.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address issues promptly.
• Promote new and existing product ranges effectively to customers.

General Support

• Support other departments and contribute to special projects or training initiatives as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the FMCG or HORECA sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.
