We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to lead lubricant sales and distribution across the Middle East & Africa. The ideal candidate will manage both industrial and automotive lubricant customers-including garages, service centres, lube retail outlets, fleet operators, and industrial buyers-while ensuring effective coordination with distributors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand sales in industrial and automotive lubricant segments.
• Handle customer accounts such as lube shops, workshops, OEMs, contractors, and industries.
• Appoint and manage distributors in assigned countries; support them with pricing, training, and marketing.
• Drive business development through cold calling, market visits, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with distributors/customers for payment collection and ensure compliance with commercial terms.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and suggest pricing strategies.
• Maintain basic account oversight - invoicing, credit control, LC documentation, etc.
• Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific import laws and regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical preferred).
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the lubricants industry in the Middle East (industrial + automotive).
• Strong understanding of sales channels and distributor management.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Oman license is a plus).
• Knowledge of basic accounting, documentation, and sales reporting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East & Africa.
