Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our Dubai branch. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to delivery. Prior experience in the gifting industry will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, sales orders, and customer correspondence.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM or ERP systems.
• Prepare and share sales reports and performance metrics with the team and management.
• Handle client inquiries efficiently and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in organizing promotional activities, exhibitions, or events when required.
• Monitor stock availability and delivery timelines to support the sales process.
• Follow up with clients for pending payments and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience in a sales support or coordination role.
• Experience in the gifting industry is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
