Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to elicit and analyse business requirements.
• Operating within Agile and Scrum frameworks to support delivery teams.
• Translating business requirements into user stories and ensuring clarity for development teams.
• Using SQL to query and analyse data to inform decision-making.
• Preparing clear and engaging data visualisations and presentations.
• Managing backlogs and tasks using tools such as TFS or Jira.
• Writing test cases and facilitating the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process.
• Supporting process improvement through business process modelling.
• Contributing to product design with an understanding of UX/UI best practices.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both in writing and verbally.
• Applying strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships and resolve conflicts.
• Approaching challenges with a solution-focused and analytical mindset.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within an agile delivery environment.
• Fluency in Arabic is essential.
• Strong technical capability, particularly in handling and interpreting data.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
