RISE GEO Control Systems Trading LLC is currently hiring a Land Surveyor with hands-on experience using Total Station equipment. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of field experience in the UAE or GCC and must hold a valid own visa.

This role is ideal for a technically skilled and detail-oriented professional who can operate and manage Total Station instruments for accurate land surveying tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform land surveys using Total Station equipment (Sokkia, Topcon, Leica, etc.).
• Accurately collect and analyze site data, including distances, angles, and elevations.
• Prepare and maintain survey reports, maps, and field records.
• Interpret construction drawings and coordinate with project engineers and supervisors.
• Ensure precise measurements and layout for construction and site development.
• Follow all relevant safety procedures and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor using Total Station only.
• Strong understanding of survey methods, site layout, and instrument handling.
• Ability to interpret site drawings and construction layouts.
• Own visa is mandatory (candidates without own visa will not be considered).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
