Business Analyst

The purpose of this job is to provide direct support to the Everyday Banking & Lending team on all matters related to MIS, Analytics, Incentives, Reporting including data extraction, report preparation, building performance decks to name a few. Focusing on Mass and Payments segments of Consumer Banking.

Job Specific Accountabilities

  • Support on all data and MI reporting matters related to Business Performance and Portfolio
  • Assist on required data for presentations for business reviews
  • Develop and Maintain Customized Reporting Requirements
  • Develop new performance dashboards and assist on fully automating them
  • Incentive calculations and performance management
  • Consolidation of information from stakeholders, analysis of the data and creation of presentations to bank senior management

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent

Minimum Experience

  • 3 years’ relevant experience in similar roles in the banking sector

Other Essential Requirements

  • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Advanced presentation skills
  • BI tools knowledge like OBIEE, Business Objects, or any other tool

Understanding and knowledge of Retail banking products
