Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, well-presented, and knowledgeable Luxury Watch Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for luxury timepieces and the ability to communicate their value to discerning customers. You will play a key role in maintaining our boutique’s reputation for excellence and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage clients in a warm, professional manner.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up.
• Guide clients through the features, history, and value of various luxury watch brands.
• Maintain expert knowledge of current collections, trends, and brand heritage.
• Handle sales transactions with accuracy and discretion.
• Assist with inventory management and product presentation.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Support the team in events, exhibitions, or private client appointments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably in watches,.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Deep passion and knowledge of high-end watch brands (e.g., Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, etc.).
• Sales-driven with a client-focused approach.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
• Computer skills is a must.
