SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

  • Bsc. in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or equivalent; Master’s degree in a relevant field will be an advantage.
  • Professionally qualified in MRICS or equivalent is preferable.
  • 15 years of post-graduate experience, and 7 years minimum in the same role.
  • Experience in major Highways/Roads/Drainage, and infrastructure projects with Contracts Management experience, including resolution of contractual matters.
  • Experience in Contract types including: FIDIC and Government forms.
  • Experience of working with Design and Build, and Supervision Consultants Contracts in particular, or a working knowledge of the same.
