Business Analyst - Tablet Banking

To ensure that the desired objectives of the Tablet banking 2.0 are met in terms of channel adoption/migration, usage, and performance

  • Launching new innovative features in tablet for retail products and achieve digital automation to improve overall TAT
  • Ensuring that Channel adoption and Usage objectives are delivered throughout the year
  • Regular technology enhancements to ensure that customer’s get seamless digital experience
  • Assist in preparation & research pertaining to auditing and monitoring requests
  • Be one of the go-to people for Tablet banking knowledge including knowledge of processes, systems, policies & procedures.

The job holder is responsible for working with different teams such as IT, Risk, P&P, CRM, CX, Products to ensure a solid conceptualization & delivery of the business requirements. Performs daily tasks, review reports, prepare correspondence and deliver performance numbers to senior leadership. Pro-actively look for ways to solve Tablet banking issues and improve digital banking processes, reporting etc.
