Twist Digital Communication Team Leader.Digital Entertainment
Job Purpose
To implement digital and social marketing plan for Twist products (TV, Music, Sports & Games) plus mega promos and RBT & activate the communication model in alignment with the cascaded consumer strategy, vendors’ roadmaps, IT, Technical and financial plans having the vision and long-term perspective that gives the organization direction. to collaborate with marketing, media and sales departments to implement online strategies that increase company and brand awareness Some specific objectives of customer acquisition may include: •Ensure effective communication, promotion marketing, engagement and involvement both within and out of the organisation to support our goals. •Preparing and distributing content for the promotion of artists and assets to support social media teams to create innovative artworks to used as social media assets •Uses analytics to support Sr. management to evaluate the effectiveness of social media communication and contributes to the creative and implementation of digital content and media strategies •Supports in Promoting Twist brand, products, services and mission •Responsible for creating engaging content across a range of communication platforms including and not limited to social media, email newsletters, articles, graphics and videos- ensuring an effective communication means to reach the intended audience, including hard to reach groups •Analysing the effectiveness of media campaigns and digital presence •Promote, help organize and support monthly briefing sessions to media team and agencies involved to cascade the agreed messages and tone of voice •Refresh and continuously improve the online strategies applied to reach the best outcomes and better optimise •Assure that all company cascaded communications guidelines have consistent messages from Blogs, press releases, newsletters to Gifs and media assets •Diversifying customer base: provide monthly Analysis for acquired base to help businesses diversify their customer base, and target acquisition from relevant regions and profiles to reduce churn and mitigate risks. •Enhancing brand awareness: Reviewing and interpret other market players awareness plans and make sure that we are targeting the correct audience and aligned with the market and sessional plans . •Measuring progress: Compare planned KPIs for every month plan with the campaign output and use media tools to track campaign performance and continuously update to reach the needed KPIs

The Digital Communication Team leader will be responsible for implementing cascaded strategies to attract new customers, while assuring with clear analytics which platform is best suited for each piece of content, analysing performance of those campaigns & maintain brand consistency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in applying communication strategies and full analysis and understanding for branding campaigns, as well as a deep understanding of the Digital entertainment industry and its evolving trends. Key Responsibilities: •Execute cascaded communication strategies that align with business objectives, including market research, target market identification, and campaign planning. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Marcom, and budgeting teams , to ensure alignment and maximum impact on communication plans •Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented awareness & branding media campaigns and identify areas for improvement and amendments. •Ensure that the monthly and annual plans are communicated clearly to all stakeholders, media and marcom teams and well received •Be responsible for appropriate, timely and meaningful assets and content to be implemented in a monthly plan •Be responsible for branding and awareness campaigns by creating internal and external templates for team use and ensuring consistent and accurate branding •Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on Media plans and communication performance, opportunities, and challenges. •Collaborate with other teams to identify the public voice if the brand •Support in creating style guides and brand voice outlines for all public relations, marketing, advertising and other vital departments •Liaison with management and support in establishing a communication strategy that is effective and based on a specific target audience. •Write, proofread and then distribute content such as press releases, publications and media content that showcase twist product vision, services and activities
QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL
Knowledge: •Clear Awareness with corporate organizational structure and departmental dependencies •Awareness of Telecommunication & Digital Entertainment players and regulatory guidelines •Clear awareness on the communication strategies and tactics along with the associated tools that should be used to apply full fledge communication campaigns Education: University Degree. Language Proficiency: excellent Command of English language (written & Spoken) Problem Solving: Expert in conflict resolutions Handle Executive and budgetary Decisions effectively Innovation: Continuous development for new communication tactics and plans Development of cross functional programs to fulfil financial targets Skills & Abilities: Excellent Analytical Skills. Very Good Experience in Handling cross-functional activities between different teams / Departments (Technical, Commercial, IT, ISP...) Very Good Decision Making & Problem Solving skills. QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional language proficiency. Experience working in a regulated industry, such as telecommunications. Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling.
EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in a communication agency, marketing, or sales, preferably in the telecommunications & Digital entertainment. Strong understanding of the communication strategies and tactics & Digital Entertainment and its evolving trends, as well as the needs and preferences of customers. Good leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and persuasively. Familiarity with Media optimization tools and technologies, such as adjust and tellium software and marketing analytics platforms and key media performance analytical tools.
