As the showroom and customer assistant we are looking for someone who will create a welcoming and positive experience for prospective and existing clients, ensure high client satisfaction and maintain a clean and well-organized environment. Key Responsibilities:
Showroom Management
· Greet and welcome prospective and existing clients - provide a friendly welcome to all guests who arrive at our showroom
· Maintaining a positive atmosphere – creating an enjoyable experience for all guests to the showroom
· Providing refreshments for clients & guests
· Ensure a high level of tidiness and cleanliness for the showroom and offices – making sure the showroom is presentable at all times
· Ensure material samples are correctly displayed and replaced after each meeting
· Opening and closing - assisting with opening and closing procedures, including setup and cleanup.· Familiar with our services and products and be able to communicate this effectively to guests
Client Lead & Pre-Sales Management

Answer all new daily client communications from sources such as WhatsApp, Instagram, calls and emails (5-15 average new communications) and input information into CRM

Respond to all inbound enquiries (including softscape, grass, maintenance, tenders, and job applications) and direct to the correct person

Manage CRM ensuring all new incoming leads are uploaded and pre-qualifying information filled in correctly

Follow up with leads, track progress, and re-engage inactive prospective clients

Monitor and respond to daily Instagram inquiries

Coordinate with the sales team for proper handover of leads

Stay updated with high-end market trends and target communities
Client Relationship Management

Follow up communication with any prospective clients

Address concerns, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction

Remember clients and guests and be able to greet them by name

Proven experience in client-facing roles (sales, CRM, or customer service)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills - essential for interacting with customers and colleagues effectively.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide friendly, efficient, and helpful service to guests.

Comfortable with working under pressure and multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with CRM tools and social media platforms

A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset

Experience in landscaping or construction industry is a plus
