Job Description

The Senior Human Resources Manager plays a critical role within an organization, overseeing the HR department and ensuring that HR programs and initiatives are effectively implemented to support overall business objectives. This senior-level position involves making strategic decisions, managing HR personnel, and acting as a key liaison between the HR department and other departments. The individual will be responsible for driving the organization's human capital strategy, fostering a positive organizational culture, and addressing complex employee relations issues. The ideal candidate should be a seasoned HR professional with strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals and values.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to ensure a skilled workforce.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HR laws and regulations.
• Lead and manage the HR team to maximize their contributions and performance.
• Act as a senior advisor to the leadership team on HR-related matters and decisions.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
• Handle complex employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Plan and execute performance appraisal and employee development programs.
• Develop and manage HR budgets to ensure cost-efficient operations and activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• At least 7–10 years of progressive experience in HR management roles.
• Proven experience in leading and developing HR teams successfully.
• Excellent understanding of employment laws and HR best practices nationally.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and strategic decision-making skills.
