Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.
• Conduct proactive searches across job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Maintain updated recruitment reports, dashboards, and trackers.
• Stay current with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
• Support employer branding initiatives to position PSI as an employer of choice.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters in achieving hiring targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience in the UAE (real estate recruitment experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Arabic or European language is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
