Job Title: Real Estate Manager

Department: Property Management

Reports to: General Manager / CEO

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement property management strategies to achieve company objectives and maximize return on investment.

2. Oversee leasing and sales operations ensuring high occupancy rates according to targets.

3. Manage contracts with tenants and owners, ensuring timely renewals or terminations in line with policies.

4. Maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.

5. Lead and supervise the property management team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

6. Monitor maintenance and service operations to ensure quality and timely execution.

7. Prepare periodic reports on the financial and operational performance of the properties for senior management.

8. Analyze the real estate market to identify trends and investment opportunities.

9. Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations and maintain all necessary documentation.

10. Prepare and manage the annual budget for the property management department, controlling expenses according to the approved plan.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and regulatory framework.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
