Job Title: General Manager – Real Estate

Job Summary:
The General Manager (GM) in a real estate company is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of sales, leasing, property management, and business development. The GM ensures profitability, growth, and compliance while leading teams to deliver high-quality real estate services and achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to grow the company’s real estate portfolio and revenue.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of sales, leasing, marketing, and property management departments.
• Manage and guide real estate agents, brokers, and support teams to meet targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with RERA and other UAE real estate laws and regulations.
• Review financial performance, prepare budgets, and implement cost control measures.
• Lead negotiations for property acquisitions, leasing deals, and client contracts.
• Drive customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and problem resolution.
• Provide regular business updates and performance reports to stakeholders/owners.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field .
• Proven experience in a senior management role within the real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market, , and industry practices.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
• Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to drive profitability.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
