Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. This includes cost planning, estimation, budgeting, procurement advice, contract administration, and financial reporting to ensure projects are completed within budget and to specified quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation & Planning:
• Prepare initial cost estimates and detailed budgets for construction projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis of proposed projects.
• Tendering & Procurement:
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
• Evaluate and negotiate tenders and bids from contractors and suppliers.
• Contract Administration:
• Manage contractual relationships and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Prepare and administer contracts including variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Project Monitoring & Reporting:
• Track project progress against budget and report on financial status.
• Prepare interim valuations, payment applications, and cost reports.
• Risk Management:
• Identify commercial and contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with architects, engineers, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Attend project meetings and provide commercial advice as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
