Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and client-focused Real Estate Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property, strong sales skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for guiding buyers, sellers, and investors through every step of the real estate process, from initial consultation to closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of clients
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available listings and market trends
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients through networking and lead generation
• Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to support transactions
• Ensure compliance with UAE property laws and company standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or advisory
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, or Chinese are a plus
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• UAE driving license preferred
