Business Development Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand Ikramia’s merchant network and build strategic partnerships with restaurants, cafes, hotels, and retail brands. You will play a vital role in driving revenue growth, negotiating deals, and onboarding new clients .
- Identify and approach potential merchants, partners, and enterprise clients.
- Develop and execute a merchant acquisition strategy to increase adoption.
- Negotiate deals and manage contracts with key accounts.
- Build long-term relationships with merchants and strategic partners.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve client experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in SaaS or F&B solutions.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic .
- Ability to build and manage high-value partnerships.
- Be part of shaping Ikramia’s growth strategy .
