PANDORA UAE is seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to join the retail team in Dubai, UAE.

What we are looking for in you :

• Previous experience in Retail (assisted sales) as a Supervisor / Senior Sales Associate.
• Ability to manage store day-to-day operations and drive sales and KPIs.
• Expertise in stock management, visual merchandising & marketing, loss prevention, and cash control.
• People-first mindset, committed to forming and leading exceptional teams.
• Results-oriented with the ability to inspire collaboration.
• Customer-centric approach, listening and creating memorable experiences.

Competitive Salary : Ranging from AED 6,000 to AED 6,000 per month, based on experience.
