Miral Experiences is seeking a strategic and design-driven leader to join our team as Head of Visual Merchandising and Store Planning for Theme Parks.

This critical role is responsible for defining and delivering the visual merchandising strategy and store layout design across our retail portfolio - including some of the region's most iconic and immersive destinations. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure brand alignment, commercial performance, and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute the end-to-end visual merchandising strategy aligned with brand identity and commercial goals.
• Oversee store planning and space optimization , ensuring a cohesive customer journey across all locations.
• Lead and mentor a team of visual merchandisers and planners, fostering creativity, accountability, and collaboration.
• Partner with buying, planning, and operations to ensure alignment across product launches, promotional initiatives, and seasonal activations.
• Monitor performance metrics, guest feedback, and global trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership in shaping the future of the retail experience within our parks and attractions.

Ideal Candidate :

10+ years of experience in visual merchandising , preferably across multi-location retail or themed environments

5+ years in a leadership role , managing both people and complex projects

A strong blend of creative vision and commercial acumen

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project planning skills

Adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about guest experience
