About Our Client
One of the largest legacy Watch and Jewellery retailers in the Middle East.
Job Description
  • Develop and execute brand strategies to drive growth and expand market presence.
  • Lead store operations and support frontline teams while providing strategic direction.
  • Align daily operations with sales targets and P&L responsibilities.
  • Ensure excellent customer experiences through store visits and maintaining brand standards.
  • Build, train, and manage large teams (200-400 staff), overseeing multiple direct reports.
  • Leverage industry networks and market insights to stay ahead of trends and drive sales.
The Successful Applicant

The candidate should be a strategic leader with proven retail brand management experience, capable of balancing high-level strategy with hands-on store involvement. Strong commercial insight, team-building skills, and a passion for customer experience are essential. The ability to manage large teams, foster collaboration, and leverage industry networks for growth is required. A mindset of continuous improvement to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction is also important.
