Overview
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team on a major railway infrastructure project. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring contractual compliance, managing documentation, and supporting the project team in all contract-related matters.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, subcontracts, and variations.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and company policies.
- Manage contractual correspondence, records, and documentation.
- Support in claims preparation, cost control, and contract reporting.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve contractual issues.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely submission of contractual deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator, preferably in railway or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
