Our Client Leads cultivate and foster relationships with key counterparts within our Retailer clients. The primary goal is to champion the implementation of the Customer First strategy and to support our client on this mission. This role, based in Dubai, advances Category Management initiatives, including price and promotion strategies aligned with the annual Statement of Work (SOW) for our Retail client. Success is measured by improved client satisfaction and maximized Return on Investment to meet performance objectives.
To excel in this position, we seek individuals who demonstrate commitment, accountability, attention to detail, expertise in customer insights analysis, and strong relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities- Advance Category Management initiatives, including price and promotion strategies aligned with the SOW for the Retail client.
- Cultivate and foster relationships with key retailer counterparts to champion the Customer First strategy.
- Collaborate with retailers and manufacturers to integrate customer insights into existing or new category management processes.
- Support the client in driving commercial value through the sale of solutions and services.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively to ensure alignment and expected outcomes.
- Proven experience in Category Management methodologies within retail and/or manufacturing contexts.
- Familiarity with the retail industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Track record of driving commercial value through the sale of solutions and services.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing key stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with retailers and manufacturers to integrate customer insights into category management processes.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a capability or client lead role is essential.
- Proficiency in Arabic (preferred).
