L'AQUA is a premium swimwear brand redefining resort fashion with elegant, high quality designs. As we continue to expand across the UAE and beyond, we are looking for a strategic and driven Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead our growth through key partnerships and retail opportunities.
OverviewThis is a pivotal role within the business, focused on expanding L'AQUA's presence across new and existing venues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating and maintaining partnerships with hotels, beach clubs, and luxury retail spaces, while also overseeing inventory restocks and ensuring consistent brand representation across all partner locations.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business expansion by securing new partnerships, consignment placements, and retail collaborations across hotels, resorts, and concept stores.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partner venues, ensuring weekly restocks, efficient communication, and service consistency.
- Develop and implement a growth strategy to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
- Manage inventory planning, restocking schedules, and reporting to ensure partner venues are consistently stocked and operations run smoothly.
- Represent L'AQUA at industry events, meetings, and brand activations.
- Track and report on account performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Proven experience in business development, ideally within the fashion, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Solid background in retail operations and customer service.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Highly presentable, with a professional and confident client-facing manner.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the fashion industry is highly preferred.
