Job Purpose

Support administration of operations processes and activities to ensure a smooth supply chain, meet product/service standards, and align with business strategy, policies, and quality expectations.

Key Tasks

• Support delivery of operations processes under supervision
• Provide administrative support to transport and distribution units
• Maintain vehicles and equipment through a comprehensive program
• Plan routes and coordinate with external departments to deliver shipments timely
• Communicate with import/export departments regarding changes and updates
• Ensure proper loading/unloading and security of shipments
• Record loading/unloading activities using appropriate tools
• Enter data into systems to maintain accurate records
• Respond to inquiries about inventory and delivery schedules
• Follow procedures and policies to ensure compliance
• Resolve delivery issues per established processes

Stakeholders

• Explain policies and practices within established guidelines
• Support and communicate with team members
• Interpret information for others
• Address task-related issues appropriately

Management Responsibility

Individual contributor without direct leadership responsibilities.
