Join Maaden's Phosphate Business as SVP, Technical Continuous Improvement (TCI) and lead the implementation of our technology strategy to drive operational excellence, sustainability, and innovation across world-class phosphate and ammonia processing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Technical Continuous Improvement strategy to optimize performance and reduce costs.
• Lead technical policies, processes, and standards aligned with ISO and global best practices.
• Oversee engineering reliability, asset management, and plant technical support for safe and efficient operations.
• Drive business improvement initiatives, digital transformation, and lean management practices.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE regulations and foster a culture of safety and sustainability.
• Build organizational capability, develop talent pipelines, and champion diversity and Saudization goals.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's in Engineering (Master's in Technology/Business preferred).
• Experience: 15+ years in Technical Continuous Improvement, preferably in mining or industrial sectors, with strong governance knowledge.
• Leadership: 8+ years in senior leadership roles driving technical excellence and operational improvements.
• Expertise in Health & Safety, asset optimization, and engineering best practices.
