Technical Product Manager - Web ApplicationWe're seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the evolution of a major enterprise web platform. This role is critical in delivering seamless, secure, and high performing digital experiences to customers. You'll work closely with engineering, UX, content, and analytics teams to drive platform strategy, technical excellence, and customer centric outcomes.
The day to day- Own the technical product strategy and roadmap for a large scale web experience platform.
- Ensure platform readiness, performance, and reliability through proactive monitoring and incident management.
- Lead delivery of high quality web features and content with strong SEO and accessibility compliance.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance customer experience and engagement.
- Drive continuous improvement by addressing technical debt and improving scalability and reusability.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and align platform evolution with business goals.
- Champion a culture of innovation, ownership, and strategic thinking within the team.
- Support both front end and back end development initiatives with a strong engineering mindset.
- Embed quality assurance practices throughout the development lifecycle to ensure robust testing, code quality, and defect prevention.
- Technical Product Management experience across platform, web application development, devops, cloud, SRE, or security domains.
- Strong front end engineering background with exposure to back end technologies.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise CMS platforms.
- Solid understanding of API integration, web architecture, and SaaS environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a clear vision, ownership mentality, and ability to bring ideas to life.
- High attention to detail and strong sense of customer/user experience.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and compliance.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Prior experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead.
- Exposure to FinOps, compliance automation, or large scale platform migrations.
