The Innaloo Sports Club (Inc.) is seeking an experienced and motivated Club Operations and Functions Manager to oversee the daily management of our licensed premises and community-based sporting club.

This hands-on role involves bar and staff management, event and function coordination, marketing and community engagement, and ensuring compliance with licensing and workplace regulations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, financial administration skills, and a passion for building an inclusive and vibrant club culture.

Key requirements:

Experience in hospitality, club or venue management

RSA and Approved Manager certification (WA)

Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills

Flexible to work evenings, weekends and event hours

Employment: Full-time (38 hours per week, flexible schedule)
Classification: Level 10 (Level D Manager)
Location: Innaloo (WA)
