We're seeking a Assistant Manager - Human Resources to support our growing team. This is a hands on role covering the full employee lifecycle-from recruitment to retention, compliance, and culture building.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Retention
• Manage full-cycle recruitment
• Monitor recruitment budgets and expenses, ensuring cost effective strategies are implemented without compromising on quality hires.
• Partner with HR leadership to ensure alignment of talent management initiatives with overall business strategy
• Maintain and analyze talent management metrics, providing actionable insights to improve processes.

Onboarding & Training

• Lead onboarding and orientation sessions.
• Coordinate training programs and monitor development progress.

Employee Relations & Performance

• Support performance reviews and assist managers with appraisals.
• Develop strategies to foster a positive workplace culture that promotes retention and job satisfaction.
• Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and insights on employee engagement initiatives.

Policies, Payroll & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations, keeping HR policies up to date with legal changes.
• Assist with investigations and resolutions of employee grievances and disciplinary actions in line with company policy and legal requirements.
• Oversee benefits, attendance tracking, and payroll support.
• Prepare HR reports and insights to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the Fiotut Industry in Saudi Arabia
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is required
• Strong experience in KSA recruitment - Fitout & Contracting
• Skilled in using HRIS systems and recruitment platforms
• Residence in Riyadh region.
• Proven ability to manage localization, automation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting tools.
• Candidates with Transferable Iqama & a Valid Saudi Driving license preferred
