B2B Exhibition Partnerships ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Exhibition Partnerships Manager to join our clients growing events team. This role is ideal for an experienced partnerships professional who thrives in fast paced, entrepreneurial environments and is passionate about building events from the ground up.
You will be responsible for driving commercial success across our startup exhibitions by identifying, targeting, and converting new business opportunities. You'll own the full partnerships cycle - from developing pricing strategies and exhibition packages to identifying leads, cold calling, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a robust partnerships strategy to drive exhibition revenue across new and existing events.
- Own the partnership cycle: from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing.
- Create compelling sponsorship and exhibition packages tailored to each event and audience segment.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify high-potential prospects using databases, industry research, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
- Engage in high-volume cold calling and outreach to drive new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to maximise retention and upselling opportunities.
- Understand client needs and align solutions with their business objectives.
- Represent the company with professionalism and deep market knowledge at all times.
- Bring an agile, hands on approach to working on startup and early stage events.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and operations to ensure commercial goals are aligned with the broader event strategy.
- Provide input into event development, pricing, formats, and positioning.
- Maintain accurate records of all partnership activities using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
- Provide regular partnership reports, forecasts, and market feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Minimum 7 years of B2B partnership experience, with a proven track record in exhibition or sponsorship sales.
- Demonstrated success working on startup or early stage events, with the ability to build and sell from scratch.
- Strong experience in developing pricing strategies and commercial packages.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident cold caller and natural hunter, comfortable driving outbound partnership activity.
- Self starter with a high level of initiative, energy, and accountability.
- CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong partnerships reporting discipline.
