Responsibilities

• Provide Operational and Administrative support to the centre.
• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
• Provide academic guidance and supervise completion of daily homework and spelling.
• Plan and conduct enrichment activities, games, and character-building programmes.
• Maintain open communication with parents on students' progress and conduct.
• Manage classroom discipline in a fair and respectful manner.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood, Education, or related field.
• Prior experience working with children in a school, tuition centre, or student care setting is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children.
• Able to commit to full-day programmes during school holidays.
