About The OpportunityOKX is seeking an experienced VIP Product Lead to focus on creating exclusive product experiences and service solutions for high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, market makers, and other VIP customer segments. You will spearhead the overall strategy and product planning for the VIP product line, driving customer lifecycle management, personalized services, and continuous optimisation of system functionalities to enhance customer retention and platform AUM (Assets Under Management).
What You'll Be DoingOversee the overall planning and iteration of OKX VIP-related products, including but not limited to VIP benefits systems, personalised campaigns, exclusive offerings, and customised customer services.
Collaborate closely with VIP sales, institutional account managers, and market making teams to identify VIP customer needs and translate them into actionable product features.
Lead the design and optimisation of VIP customer lifecycle management solutions to improve retention and engagement rates.
Coordinate cross departmental collaboration, including R&D, design, operations, and risk control, to ensure timely and high quality project delivery.
Monitor global market trends and industry developments to formulate localised product strategies that cater to VIP clients in different regions.
Leverage data analysis and customer feedback to continuously optimise user experience and drive platform trading volume and AUM growth.
Establish competitor analysis mechanisms to evaluate VIP service differentiators in the industry and enhance OKX's competitive edge.
What We Look For In YouBachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years of product management or product strategy experience.
Deep understanding of the Web3/Crypto industry, particularly exchange products such as institutional services, API trading, and VIP incentive programmes.
Prior experience in CEXs, brokerages, financial institutions, or high net worth client related products is preferred.
Strong cross team communication and coordination skills, with systematic thinking and sharp user insights.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and data driven decision making.
Fluency in English and Chinese; multi market collaboration experience is a plus.
